The course is designed for orthopaedic surgeons interested in complex reconstructions related to wide tissue loosening for tumor resections, multiple prosthetic failures, difficult traumas or infections.
Particular focus will be put on pelvic surgery, both for tumors and multi prosthetic failures and as well as for new types of reconstruction after tumor resection in children.
Finally all new surgical techniques including navigation, PSI and custom made 3D rapid prototyping prosthesis will be explored.
