The Information Office ensures the two-way communication between Rizzoli and its users. The main tasks of the office are:
- giving information about the services and the health professionals in the Institute, the work provided by them, and how to contact them;
- verifying customer satisfaction by periodic questionnaires;
- investigating poor service and discomfort highlighted by any complaints made to the management of the institute and replying to the respective users;
- informing systematically the Management and Operative Units of the Institute of any complaints and suggestions made.
The office is located at the Rizzoli hospital (via G.C.Pupilli 1, Bologna) and is open to the public from Monday to Friday (8.00 a.m.-2.00 p.m.) and on days before a holiday (8.00 a.m.-1.00 p.m.). Besides coming personally, the office can be contacted by
