The Office manages the system of trade union relations and coordinates the delegations dealing with the company for all areas of negotiation, within the framework of the directives given by the Management. Supports the management in the work of deepening regarding the application of the institutions subject to union report in order to realize the principles of the participation of the trade union representations.
