The social marketing supports the General Direction in the formulation of its strategies aimed at activating a systematic and always better relationship between the Institute and the civil society. Its responsibilities include:
- Projecting and managing the Institute’s website;
- Managing the fund raising activities addressing the civil society, including the campaign for the devolvement of partial taxes to scientific research.
In addition, the following initiatives are highlighted:
- The annual project “A day in Rizzoli’s scientific research”, addressed to the students of scientific Lyceums in Bologna, celebrating its 11th edition in 2019;
- The project “Read a book!”, aiming at providing the different waiting rooms of the Rizzoli Hospital and Health Center with mini-libraries.
