Supports the Scientific Director in the evaluation of research activities and scientific production, also through bibliometric indicators, for the purposes of reporting the funds of Current Research, Finalized Research, 5X1000, Capital Account, European Projects, as well as for the purposes of monitoring the budget objectives of the Research and Clinical Structures and research lines.

Carries out the following activities:

• Affiliation control of articles sent for submission to a journal;
• Impact Factor optimization program (support for journal selection);
• Assistance in the retrieval of bibliometric indicators requested by both a single user and a structure, such as:
  • Total and normalized Impact Factor
  • Citation Index, from Scopus and Web of Science
  • H-Index (Hirsch index), from Scopus and Web of Science
• Annual reporting to the Ministry of Health of the scientific production of the IRCCS for current research;
• Dissemination of scientific information, carried out online with the Libraries of the national IRCCS.
