Design and execution of preclinical (in vitro/in vivo) and clinical studies on the development of strategies in regenerative and reparative medicine, for the treatment of acute, chronic and degenerative diseases of the locomotor system. The Line of research will study therapeutic approaches - customizable, when possible, according to patients’ characteristics – by using advanced therapies, acellular therapies, growth factors, “one step” surgical therapies and biocompatible, bioactive, biomimetic and multifunctional scaffolds, also produced with prototyping technologies.
